In keeping with the very chill surf theme of the Community Island, Kai, we have the privilege of welcoming the awesome Tauri Tigerpaw to our islands. This VERY talented singerwill be here to entertain us on Kai @ 2pmsl time on Friday 15th.
Tauri has been playing in bands for 10+ years from coast to coast and brought her music into SL in June 2008 to explore her own musical tastes ranging from blues, rock, country, pop and anywhere in between.
Tauri plays love songs, no matter what the genre - love going well, love gone bad, old love, new love, she loves it. Her repetoire includes Blind Faith, Beatles, Pat Green, Bruce Springstein, Jason Mraz, Colbie Caillat, Sheryl Crow, Little Big Town, ACDC, Aerosmith, Carole King, Matchbox 20, Snow Patrol, Savage Garden, Michael Buble, Bill Withers, Hal Ketchum, Stevie Nicks, , Cyndi Lauper, the Wreckers, and more, as well as some originals. She prefers straight guitar and vocals, no backtracks or recordings, so what you hear is what she plays.
